Login to kiss913 — Continue the Fun

Q: I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click the link "Forgot password?" on the login page. Enter your registered phone number and you will receive an SMS OTP to verify your identity. Once the OTP is confirmed, you can set a new password. The entire process takes less than 2 minutes. If your phone number has changed, contact customer support for further assistance.

Q: Why is my account locked after several login attempts?

This is a standard kiss913 security feature. After 5 failed login attempts consecutively, your account will be temporarily locked for 15 minutes to prevent unauthorised access attempts. After the waiting period, you may try again. If the issue persists, contact our support team via live chat.

Q: Can I log in from multiple devices at the same time?

You can log in from different devices, but only one active session is allowed at a time. If you log in from a second device, your first session will be automatically terminated. This is a security measure to protect your account from unauthorized access.

Q: How do I enable two-factor authentication (2FA)?

Log in to your kiss913 account → go to Account Settings → select Security → activate Two-Factor Authentication. Once activated, every login will require an OTP code sent to your phone number. We strongly recommend this feature for all members.

Q: I think my account was accessed without authorisation. What should I do?

Contact the kiss913 support team via instant live chat. We will freeze your account while the investigation is carried out and help you regain access safely. To speed up the process, have your identity verification details ready. Don't wait – acting quickly is critical in situations like this.

Q: Can I change the phone number registered to my account?

Yes, you can update your phone number via Account Settings after login, subject to an additional identity verification process. This includes verifying both the old and new numbers. If you no longer have access to the old number, contact customer support with your identification document for assistance.

Security Guide

Tips for Keeping Your Account Secure

The security of your kiss913 account is a shared responsibility. We on the platform side have done everything we can at the infrastructure level – here are the steps you can take to complete that protection.

Use a unique, strong password. Mix uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using your date of birth or anything easy to guess.

Enable two-factor authentication (2FA). With 2FA, even if someone knows your password, they still cannot log in without the OTP code sent to your phone.

Don't log in from someone else's device. If you must use a public computer, make sure you log out completely and do not save your password in that browser.

Check the URL before logging in. Make sure you are on the correct domain. kiss913 will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Report suspicious activity immediately. If you notice any unrecognized transactions or unauthorized login attempts, contact our support immediately.

kiss913 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If anyone claims to be a kiss913 staff member and requests your password, it is a scam. Report it to us immediately.

Identity Verification

Transparent Login Process

At kiss913, every login session goes through layers of security checks to ensure only you can access your account. Here's how it works:

Enter Credentials

Your phone number or username and password are verified securely using end-to-end encryption.

Device Verification (if required)

Logging in from a new device will trigger an additional verification check. An OTP is sent to your registered phone number for confirmation.

Real-Time Risk Check

Our system analyses login patterns to detect unusual access attempts and automatically blocks any suspicious activity.

Full Access Granted

Once all checks are passed, you are taken directly to your account dashboard and can start playing within seconds.

Forgot password? Use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page to reset your password via SMS OTP sent to your registered phone number. The process takes less than 2 minutes.
